The plan is we can provide purchasing the linen on your behalf with a checklist on your approval or we can use the linen you supply to us.

How are guest vetted in the property?
We provide a vetting service by reviewing Airbnb guest on any bad reviews on profile. We will vet guests to reduce the chance of bad guests who plan to party. Airbnb has a process to vet guests to ensure safety.

How is the key management organized?
We have a key managed service, its a cost per month of $150. This includes safe storage of the cleaning key and guest key. Subject to the scope location of the property.
Can you provide linen wash offsite?
We can plan to look into this service for you however generally it will cost more of a cleaning cost, we would charge to the guest for each booking.
What is your management fee?
Our standard management fee is 20%, this includes guest communications, key management exchange, vetting guests, cleaning control and turnover management of guests.
