Terms and Conditions for Storage Lease Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Storage Lease agreement through our website www.cleaningterminatorspecialists.com (the Cleaning Terminator Specialists). By booking our Luggage Storage Form Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3. Term

The term of this agreement shall commence on the time of booking, and allocated a storage space in 601 Little Collins St, Melbourne 3000 for a period of 24 hours as stated on the booking form. I.e 10:00am 15/06/2025, Check out to be 10:00am 16/06/2025.

3. Rent:
The Customer agrees to pay Cleaning Terminator Specialists a fee as stated on the booking form, needs to be paid in advanced before using the service.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full in advanced before appointment being completed unless agreed by Cleaning Terminator Specialists. Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal and Bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within, after 24 hours prior to the appointment date will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

5. Insurance

It is at your responsibility, discretion to have travel insurance in a event if the luggage is damage, stolen or no access to the luggage on a event out of our control.

6. Penalty Interest Rates

In accordance with the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 (Victoria), any overdue payments will incur interest at the rate specified under the Act. The current penalty interest rate is 10% per annum, calculated daily until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

7. Liability

we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services booked through it.

You will indemnify us and will be liable for, all loss and damage, out-of-pocket expenses and all other reasonable expenses and disbursements incurred by us in this matter, including but not limited to legal costs on a solicitor/own basis, Search fees and debt collection costs (as if the debt had been collected) and any other contingent expenses incurred by us for the enforcement of any obligations we are at liberty to take against you, for the recovery of moneys owed by you to us.

Cleaning Terminator Specialists shall not be liable for your luggage on any loss, theft, or damage.

You will indemnify us against any claims arising from your luggage, especially out of our control.

You are encouraged to obtain insurance for personal goods.

11. Prohibited Goods: The following items not to be stored through our services under any circumstances: Toxic, polluted or contaminated goods; firearms, munitions, weapons or explosives; radioactive materials; highly flammable or hazardous goods; living plants or animals; food or perishable goods (unless frozen food to be stored in a deep freezer); anything damp, mouldy, rotten or infested with or damaged by parasites; any item which emits any fumes or strong odour; illegal goods; waste; or any item whose presence would be unsafe and unlawful.

12. Late Checkout time: You will agree after checkout time period, if the luggage remains and has not been removed, you will be charge for the next day amount reoccurring each 24 hour block until the luggage has been removed, Failed payment will be additional late fee payment of $20. After 1 day of non payment, the luggage will be treated as abandoned. We have the right to remove it.

13. Termination:
Customer may terminate this Agreement as stated on the cancellation policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
